I purchased my Amiga back in 1990 shortly after they became commercially available; and I also have the 1.4beta Kickstart in ROM. Interestingly, my original install disks are the Superkickstart (labeled v2.01 and reporting as v36.143), the Install disk, Workbench and Extras 2.0 and Workbench and Extras 1.3. The HDPrep/Format/Install tools automatically set up the WB_1.3 and WB_2.x partitions and extract the kickstart images with appropriate bonus code.

I decided to keep my SCSI2SD 'drive' at ID #6, and limit it to only 2Gig for classic compatibility; but I'm having problems with corrupting my partitions after use. Are you aware of any special limitations of the A3000? Most posts I have found seem to feel 2Gig is generally safe, but the A3000 might be an exception?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8260463056447598917.post-14533235426324115502019-11-29T14:11:58.607+10:302019-11-29T14:11:58.607+10:30Thanks mate for your kind words! Thanks mate for your kind words!Epsilonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04050093693410409568noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8260463056447598917.post-7600331958815445972019-10-10T11:12:53.221+10:302019-10-10T11:12:53.221+10:30You always do nice in depth posts on your exploits...You always do nice in depth posts on your exploits. very good.David Wrighthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00881691901748870875noreply@blogger.com
