Take a backup first tho in case you need to merge the first section of flash with a bios update.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8260463056447598917.post-83892666200475387762015-04-06T05:18:11.828+09:302015-04-06T05:18:11.828+09:30Gutted... keep trying..you are the man of all thin...Gutted... keep trying..you are the man of all things x1000Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8260463056447598917.post-56874383063616324992015-04-06T05:15:59.825+09:302015-04-06T05:15:59.825+09:30mate.... you will get there... i love my x1000 but...mate.... you will get there... i love my x1000 but will not yet install FE as i am happy with os 4.1 update 6.Thanks for try it and i hope you get it working.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8260463056447598917.post-40827523114308777942015-04-06T00:40:05.201+09:302015-04-06T00:40:05.201+09:30Hey man. Was heartbroken to find out about your situation. I'm still hoping you'll get everything sorted out as a minor mishap. You test so many features, maybe you can look at this as the ultimate test which afterwards you'll be able to provide us users with even more understandings of this machine. Don't despair mate!Srtestnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8260463056447598917.post-74451809247566984032015-04-05T02:17:46.349+10:302015-04-05T02:17:46.349+10:30Hang in there, brother.Hang in there, brother.blakespothttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11189345817777210750noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8260463056447598917.post-28998244222299816282015-04-05T01:51:05.316+10:302015-04-05T01:51:05.316+10:30Sorry to hear about this. IIIRC I was testing VGA cards and went back to rescue firmware to test something and when I tried to go back to standard firmware it wouldn't work anymore. I swapped the jumper around a few times and somehow I got it back. I don't know what was going on. So at this point I suggest you remove all VGA cards and bring the machine setup to a minimum then hook up a serial cable to a terminal! Remove all power, wait some time for it to clear, set to rescue, and power on again.Hypexnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8260463056447598917.post-49213957523395971972015-04-05T01:11:04.836+10:302015-04-05T01:11:04.836+10:30Hope you are back with us soon! Hopefully AmigaKit can work something out so that you can have a quick turn around. Should just be a case of shipping the motherboard away and getting it back re-flashed. A-Eon may then be able to learn why the fall back flash didn't work. Some good can come out of this. :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16316967885629297067noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8260463056447598917.post-12557615655966319972015-04-03T22:33:00.205+10:302015-04-03T22:33:00.205+10:30I'm sorry to read about your X1000 problems.
